Intuitive Treasure Map —x marks the spot
A map would be nice wouldn’t it? For this bumpy road called life–I wouldn’t mind if someone were to point out which were the dead ends, the bridges to something better, the places where we might strike gold. In the last blog post, called Intuitive treasure hunting, I talked about the hidden treasure we have within us and how to go about uncovering it. This is our inner wisdom of course. Today I thought I’d help you to create your own roadmap (X marks the spot!) by helping you to navigate all the ways in which your intuition can speak...
Intuitive Treasure Hunting

As I’m putting together some more pieces to round out the Hidden Treasure collection, I wanted to offer you a sneak peek (above) and also to dive a little deeper into what this theme means to me. So far it looks like there will be a few rings, some earrings, a new charm, and a mix of silver and gold. I might add on a couple more things before I send out the waxes for casting! I will keep you posted as to when these will come out, hoping for September. A few newsletters ago I talked about hidden treasure...
The Mineral Matrix--a step back in time

Today I have a story for you, a little jaunt down memory lane. First I have to say how perfectly fitting this is with the recent theme I’ve been exploring: hidden treasure (if you missed it it’s the theme of my last collection and the other half I’m working on now). The other day I was searching for old photos when I cracked open an old CD book–yes I still have those–and found these photos from 18 years ago I thought I’d lost forever!! Once upon a time I lived in the Santa Cruz mountains and started a rock shop...
How to Feel like a Kid in a Candy Store

I thought I’d share a little experiment I recently came up with. I’m an avid and life long journaler–it helps me formulate SO many new ideas and dig deeper into all aspects of my life. One morning I challenged myself to carry a pen and paper throughout my day (notes on your phone would work too) and jot down each time I felt a ping of joy, satisfaction, or excitement. And then write about the experience later in the evening. I was able to start immediately–#1: I had zero stress or dread about the upcoming day. This was not always...
My 2021 reading list

One triumph of my year is my book list! I’ve read more books than I have in any other year (around 35), though this is the first time I’ve kept track. Pre-pandemic I was reading a lot more non-fiction but since then I’ve really found comfort in a well crafted story. I’m going to leave two books off the list because I disliked them that much…not every book in the little free library is worth reading all the way through:) Shoot me a recommendation or two if there’s a book you think I’d like! I’m not stopping anytime soon. 2021...
